Pastoral & Leadership Excellence Through Biblical Training

"Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name."

— Malachi 3:16 (KJV)

Our Foundation

Vision & Mission

Our Vision

To see a generation of pastors, ministers, and church leaders raised up in wisdom, integrity, and effectiveness — unified in purpose and fervent in the fear of the Lord, whose collective influence for the Kingdom of God is greatly multiplied. We believe that when church leaders unite around a shared commitment to excellence and the advancement of God's Kingdom, their impact transcends the walls of any single congregation and transforms communities.

Our Mission

The Kingdom Association of Churches, Inc. is devoted to providing comprehensive, biblically grounded, and spiritually enriching training for pastors, ministers, and church leaders. Through this organization, we seek to cultivate leadership, strengthen ministry practices, deepen theological understanding, and encourage faithful service — so that leaders may minister with wisdom, integrity, and lasting effectiveness.

"When church leaders unite in purpose and in the fear of the Lord, their collective influence for the Kingdom of God is greatly increased."

Bishop Eric A. Lambert, Jr. is a distinguished pastor, author, and ministry leader with decades of faithful service to the Body of Christ. Known for his passion for biblical excellence and his heart for developing the next generation of church leadership, Bishop Lambert brings a wealth of theological depth and practical ministry experience to everything he undertakes.

An accomplished communicator, Bishop Lambert has ministered to thousands through his weekly broadcast Climbing Higher and through his published works, including three books that have equipped and encouraged believers across the nation. He serves as the President & Presiding Bishop of the Bethel Deliverance International Fellowship of Churches, Inc. (BDIFC).

Recognizing that the strength of the Church rests in the quality of its leadership, Bishop Lambert founded the Kingdom Association of Churches, Inc. as a vehicle for mentorship, training, and fellowship — a community where pastors and ministers are equipped to lead with wisdom, serve with integrity, and preach with power. Bishop Lambert is based in the Greater Philadelphia area and welcomes pastors and leaders from across the region and nation into this growing fellowship.

Words of Encouragement

Called to Excellence

"

The pastor who neglects their own formation will eventually have nothing left to give. Excellence in ministry begins not on the platform, but on the knees — in the quiet place where the Word of God reshapes the vessel before it is poured out.

On Pastoral Formation

"

Training is not a sign of weakness or inadequacy — it is an act of love toward the people God has entrusted to your care. Every hour invested in becoming a better leader is an hour invested in the flourishing of your congregation.

On the Value of Training

"

Isolation is the enemy of longevity in ministry. When pastors walk together — sharpening one another, bearing one another's burdens, speaking truth in love — they are stronger together than any could be alone.

On Fellowship & Community

"

The Scripture says 'a book of remembrance was written before Him.' God takes note of those who fear His name and think upon it. Let that truth anchor your calling: your faithfulness is seen, and your labor in the Lord is never in vain.

On Faithful Service · Malachi 3:16
